Well, like I said in my post above, the guy that was helping me with the website has baled on me. I was in a tizzy yesterday because I had just bought server space and everything and have NO CLUE as to how to move my domain to my new host. Since I am my own host at the new place, it is a little more difficult.
So, last night I was chatting with a friend that owns a computer company. I asked him if he would be willing to help me with my problem, thinking that he would just tell me over the phone what to do and I would stumble through it. Well, he did better than that! He offered to let me use one of his web designers to get my site up and running. Heck, he even offered to have the guy build it for me. I still want to learn how to do stuff though so I would rather work with him and have him show me what to do anyway. So, I think I'm going up on Friday to get it going!
This is a HUGE help for me.

That's terrific Kim !! ... I agree ... it's better to learn how (w/ help) than just hand it over ... cause then you will be able to change / fix things as time moves on ... without waiting or searching for help .... HUGSS

I'm starting to figure out that things that I said when I was little that I would have when I was a grown up are popping up all over the place.
My ex is starting to be difficult again so I am going to work on manifesting great success and prosperity in his business so he won't be so crabby!

LOL! That's VERY powerful actually. What you want for yourself you want for others. Holding a vision for him too is valuable in shifting your magnetics too.

Arcadia! I LOVE the happy dance!! That is hilarious.
I'm meeting with the new web guy next Monday. I'm excited, but I'm also feeling a bit overwhelmed as well as there is a lot to do. I'm considering asking my dad for a loan even so I can hire some of it done and just get it done. I haven't made my mind up about that yet.

With Easter and Beltane fast approaching, I thought the Bunny was quite appropriate.  Although I suppose he would be good any time of year. My only caution/reservation about hiring somebody would be that would they fur sure do it the way YOU want it. Sometimes even though something is more work to do it yourself, it is more rewarding to watch Your Vision take shape. |

I understand what you are saying Arcadia, I wouldn't just let them go on their own... lol.. I'm too much of a control freak when it comes to my "projects". I just don't know how to do a lot of the technical stuff and really don't want to take 5 years to figure it out either. I would love to be able to launch my fully ready idea by the end of August at the latest. Astrologically, next month is really good, but that is probably pushing it a bit. It would be a dream come true if I could get it going and quit my day job, feeling fully secure with my financials by the end of this May. Then I could watch my kids play ball and golf with my daughter. That would take a miricle, but the universe is full of miracles.

Have faith in yourself! I think you would learn it pretty quick...and think of the feeling of accomplishment!
You never know what you CAN do, until you *have to* do it.

Oh, I know I could learn it, it is just having the time and keeping my sanity at the same time that I question. I tend to think I can do toooo much sometimes and it slams me against a wall every now and then.
