www.elixirs.com/cellsalts.cfmCell salts are just made from minerals and anyone can use them in the 6x dose ~ you can't go wrong and they can be quite magical healers for any mental and physical imbalances. The theory is any imbalance you may be feeling is mineral. Worth reading about. trout

Yeah...homeopathic medicines always worked for me...I don't know why I stopped....actually, after 9/11 nothing really worked...but I'm sure they would now if I went back to them....I guess I'm still kind of stuck in this "I can't help myself" mindset....but I wonder if the go bad after awhile..I'll have to read the labels when I get home...I'm sure like most medicines they do...
You know what else works wonders for me....? Bach Flower Rescue Remedy....

Rescue Remedy is a good one. There are so many great ones. Pink Pond Lilly is for times of transition. Wild Oat helps depression. I heard a expert say that in these times of change and fast paced living that we all should be taking walnut. Do not be afraid to try one that calls out to you from the store shelf.

This flower essence company Green Hope Farms even has a free book they will mail you and they will help you pick out an essence over the phone for free. They also make them without alcohol and they make them for pets as well. www.greenhopeessences.com/ The company below makes fantastic flower essences and is very helpful over the phone as well. www.desert-alchemy.com/You don’t have to take essences eternally. You can drop them into your crown chakra. Dap some on your neck, behind your ear, on your lips, or wrist. You can add a few drops to some good water in a spray bottle and spray your aura, hair or a room. You can even put a drop on a sick persons pillowcase or in a cat or dog water dish. Flower essences are subtle yet powerful. Self Heal is a good one if someone has been ill and can’t seem to believe they are going to get better. It will also help a person find their right livelihood. There is an excellent book on flower essences called Flower Power. It also tells about the homeopathic and herbal healing properties of each flower as well. trout

Rescue Remedy is Bach Flowers and so is Walnut and Wild Oat. Pink Pond Lilly I got from Green Hope Farms. I know other companies make it too. I heard an expert say on the radio that it was good one to get us through 9~11 and the residue from that day so that is why I bought that one. Self Heal is from Flower Essence Services Nevada City CA and they even make a skin cream with it in it. You can also add flower essences to the water you rinse your face with and to your skin creams. I do it sometimes right before I put some cream on my face. Right now I am using a face cream that is excellent that a monk has made in Japan that has ground up tourmaline in it and gem stones and gem stone essences also have healing properties. At our local farmers market here we have a local woman who sells flower essences, gem stone essences and drinks and sprays that she makes. They are really fun with names like Sanctuary etc. Sanctuary spray has a amethyst in each bottle. The website for this local woman is www.theinnershaman.com. Luckily my good friend left her bottle of sanctuary rolling around the back seat of my car when we went to the beach the other day so I could find their web address. I just stole a spray for my neck... and I hope the stolen spray police do not come knocking on my door ; - ) trout ~ going for a second stolen spray ~ it feels so good
