Site with natural healing info

I also found this interesting about allergies on their site and they mention below which cell salts to take for allergies too
Diet & Hay Fever
The diet can effect hay fever in 3 ways:
Vitamins are essential to the proper functioning of the immune system and so a balanced diet is very important to all hay fever sufferers. A deficiency of Vitamins, minerals and trace elements may occur through eating refined food and not enough fresh fruit and vegetables. Vitamins of particular importance to the hay fever sufferer are vitamin A (present in vegetables, vegetable oil and eggs) and vitamin C ( present in fruit and vegetables).
An excess of foods such as milk and starches can result in the production of catarrh. Catarrh consists of protein and carbohydrate and the more protein and carbohydrate foods that are taken in the diet, the greater will be the tendency to catarrhal secretions.
Certain foods can act as allergens in particular individuals, e.g. strawberries and shell fish. Some people can develop an allergy to ordinary foods simply by taking an excessive amount over a number of years.
Additives and ‘junk foods’ will raise the sensitivity of the immune system and so should be avoided.
Alternative Treatments;
A high potency multivitamin tablet, preferably with minerals as well, will provide the vitamins required for the efficient working immune system.
The biochemic treatment for hay fever is a combination of three tissue salts: Mag Phos,
Nat Mur Phos and Silica. They bring relief to itching eyes, itching throat and excessive sneezing.
Homeopathic remedies include a high potency pollen tablet which may desensitise. Allium cepa can help streaming nose and eyes and seversneezing. Euphrasia can also be taken for itching eyes and sneezing and Nux vom for irritation and congested nasal passages.
Herbal remedies include garlic and/or lobelia for catarrh and witch hazel for the eyes. There is also now a product called Yamoa which is said to have some very good results. See article in last months newsletter on Yamoa. Locally produced Honey is also said to help build up resistance to local pollen.
