I must hang out with the wrong crowd. I had to check whether your recipe was for "herbal" (I hope you know what I mean) brownies or the regular fudgey kind.

I was checking out how to let brownies cool and how to store them online last night and googleed brownies ~ more herbal ones showed up then regular but the ones I posted are normal types. I still need to figure out how to store my gluten free regular ones ~ too many to eat...... not use to eating sweet stuff much.
trutta ~ herbal free but wish I could say sugar free as well....

Why, Ms. Trout...you should just be able to freeze those brownies. I'm not sure if the gluten has anything to do with it, but I've frozen all sorts of regular brownies, cakes, etc. Just let thaw at room temperature. They should be just like new! Just make sure they're in really good freezer bags.

Meant to pick up some freezer bags today but did not... I must say from out of a package these brownies are so good. I put walnuts and butter in them and they are very fudge like. I think they will freeze if I can remeber to get the bags.....

well, i found a brownie recipe today which just about beats ANY other ive ever seen. if i can find it again, i will put it up here, but i am ashamed to say that it left me drooling.........the mere thought was enough to induce a sugar rush!
