Your own home grown tomato - chopped Your own home grown green peeper cut in rings 2-3 slices of your own home grown onion in rings 2-3 leaves of your own home grown basil coarsely cut A balsamic vinegar dressing of your own choosing
Along with a nice piece of focaccia bread - it's a delicious light summer supper!

You can through some fresh mozerella or feta cheese in with that too, just to get a little protein. YUMMY! (Oh, and I substitute cucumber for peppers)

Love the feta idea - sounds wonderful! Will try the cukes too - need some variety in my life!

If you do the cukes and feta, try dill instead of basil.
