If I read my chart right ... Mercury in my 2nd house ... which means my earned income going backward ... mercy buckets ... how much more backwards can it be ... lolol ... meC

well, it also deals with your physical body and how you view yourself. You said that you had an old wound that is now healing with the Reiki, right? That would be physical (although some could reasonably argue that would be more 6th house stuff). Also, you went and RE-visited a place you used to live and saw old friends. It can also be a time of reflecting on your material status and deciding what you want to do.

second houes deals with security, and that include our individual sense of security, how safe and protected we feel, as well as self-esteem. I hate how literally this has become the "earned money house " in alot of sun sign columns. its actually quite an interesting little house. I agree with kim all this holisitic/reiki healing that you are doing right now sounds lie second house stuff, cause it can deal with an inner sense of well being, during merc retro in the 2nd house is a good time to get in touch with yourslef, and regain a sense of innerconfidence, if you have any lingering doubts about things.
