I've seen on another site a cool idea!
It's a list of "get to know you" questions that is given to new members for us to get to know them. Some fun, like favourite food, some deeper like what has been your hardest struggle or whatever. And then for one day, members can ask further questions...kind of like a member spotlight! Can also be done to existing members!
