visits from beyond...hmmm...

i've been having a heck of a night life lately (in dream world, at least). I've tried asking for extra protection before bed, I've asked for a "night off" from the intensity (and thanks to ALL who made those suggestions), but, alas, no respite!

Plus, I keep getting visits from spirits who've passed over. Sometimes they're just hanging out like "extras" on a movie set in the background. Earlier in the week, my main visitor was taking a nap on a couch, then opened his eyes and looked straight at me (and that was all). I know they're interacting with me more, though, b/c I'll wake up exhausted and think, what do they want to say? Just say it, already, please!

OK, what you need to do is get a Gate Keeper. It is a guide that keeps out "unwanteds". All you need to do is ask for one. You say... I request a Gate Keeper in the HERE AND NOW. This should help. Helped me a lot.

thanks Kim...do I only need to request one once, or should I do it before bed, too?

also, should I just try to brush off the spirit's pressence in my dreams? I've avoided deliberately trying to contact him, as i'm not sure if he's potentially harmful, but is there anything to be said for his consistant pressence? It's pretty frustrating, especially since I don't know if he's trying to tell me something, or if I'm just working things out in my sleep...or both...

It would be one you keep forever. mine looks like a secret service agent! LOL.....

As for the other one, tell him to leave. If you are uneasy, you don't want him around. The Gate Keeper will help you boot him if you ask.

I use my spirit guide for these kind of assignments, I just ask him to turn the dreams off and he does! Besides my spirit guide is armed with a sword and is dangerous to all those who would do me harm
