Big hair

I don't recall the entire dream but I had this big hair. I mean big, even by 1980s standards. It was puffed up, long and had bangs that went into my eyes. I remember looking in the mirror and seeing it and trying to do something with the bangs. (In real life, I wear my hair shortish.)
In another dream last night, my father criticized my appearance, basically telling me how un-pretty I was. (He never did do that in real life; he actually never much of anything to me.)
Any idea of what these dreams mean? Both seem to focus on appearance but I can't figure what that means.

seems you might be having some internal appearance issues. you dont seem to be the type of person who would obsess over it but this dream tells me that you might have some underlying concerns. might want to research it.

i just researched the hair thing.....apparently hair in dreams represents strength and virility...a sign of great knowledge and intellegence. it also represents physical and spiritual strength....i would have to say you might want to connect that to something in your daily life and see if you can figger it out....just giving you some info i found on the net concerning hair and dreams...lol
