Im thankful that tomorrow is the last day of school and that I'm off work to spend the day with my little boy!!
That I have found affordable daycare for the summer as opposed to $400.00 a month.
A good nights sleep
A beautiful, sunny morning
Wonderful friends
A good hair day LOL....hey this is important ya know
That I get to leave work at 3 today...even if it is for a dentist appt. LOL....details details
For my ex mother in law that is sending me LOTS of plants from PA to plant at my new home!
for my sweet little boy that LOVES his new t-shirt that says " I BELONG TO THE DARK SIDE" ROFLMAO this is a reflection of the sense of humor he gets from me and his father
contentment, serenity, peace within
all the beauty that surrounds me on a daily basis

My Thankful revolves around my gardens today.
My friend gives me a hard time because I buy annuals (I DO have tons of perennials). I told her that once this garden gets to be the way it should be (ie my garden at the Old House) it won't matter. At the old house, it was like in the book Practical Magic--snap dragons in full bloom with snow packed around them in November. I didn't have to replant annuals, they simply came back.
My "new" garden is finally getting there!!!! BLESSED BE!!! THANK YOU DIVINE!!!
The sweet william (all annual variety) almost all returned, some of my asylum, and, ready? A marigold came back!!! (folks, we had frost warnings just days ago.) Plus, I almost pulled what I thought was a weed, but it felt like chives. So...I tasted it. My chive plants have had babies in another section of the bed! Squee! I will have to post a picture of my lillies--they look like "Day of the Triffods" LOL! Sooooo excited about what I planted today! Snap dragons (couldn't find any ANYWHERE last year), dark purple almost black salvia, impatiens, wave petunias (economical ground cover--they spread 3'). I just need some red salvia and tons of marigolds. ;D
And this part is sooo cool---this has happened three years in a row now--I ended up racing the rain. So nice to plant and then have Divine take care of the watering for you! Blessed Be!!! (and no I didn't watch the weather and plan it that way)
(on the downside, I have about a bazillion mosquito bites and a fairly decent sun burn but it was well worth it!!! I will make sure I post pics once everything starts to 'fill')
