I am thankful for the following:

Sunshine

A nice landlord who is pleasant to be around and cares about his property and tells me how much he likes having me for a tenant

I am happy my landlord came over and mowed part of the tall weeds and grass down today

I am thankful my life is getting better and I am happier all the time
