August 7, 2003, after battling feline diabetes for six years and lymphoma for 7.5 months, my beautiful Sunny Funny Honey Bunny Boy left us. Since then, NOTHING I planted on his grave would grow. If I planted an established plant, it would die. This spring I noticed Something growing directly on top of my Bunny. Interesting that it picked today of all days to finally bloom! Today is sweet kitty Dee's 3-Year Wing Anniversary. (Yes, she died just three months before Bunny.) Thank you, Universe! What a beautiful Gift!

Your kitties are beautiful! It's funny, the cat I've had the strongest connection with was also named Bunny. He was black and white and was 15 when he died of a stroke in March 2002. I'll never stop missing his sweet face.
Last summer, one of the kids next door brought me a week old kitten she had found on the street (!). I bottlefed him for a month, he survived and I named him Little Bear. He doesn't look like my Bunny, but his personality is so much like Bunny's that it's spooky!
Thanks to the Universe for cats.

It's a beautiful gift - let's just hope it's not a sign of another "gift" - you know, another cat?!

I so love kitties but it is so sad when they pass and I love the tulip photo which I just saw now. I stopped on the way home from court and bought some fresh cut purple tulips tonight.
I use to know a dog named Rabbit.
