I am thankful for my brand spanking new mountain bike!
All the food I ate today.
Having a good friend to go shopping and dining with.
All the cool stuff I bought today.
Thankful I know the price per barrel for oil is not making the gas prices go up this as high as they are. Thankful I know my math and can see a lie when I see one.
Thankful my car gets good gas milage.
Thankful Bush can not run for president again in this country.

Oooh my first post!!!! I was a poster from the other astrology board. However I haven't posted their in ages, just kinda lurked. Was not sure how to jump in most of the time.
Anyway, been feeling sorry for myself as of late. So I really need to do this.
I am greatful and thankful for:
My wonderful, loving, funny parents. I don't know what I would do without you.
That S. came home to visit from the West.
For my apartment in this lovely city.
For then encouragement and non-judgementalness (is that a word) of my friends.
That I really badly failed at something (okay i am not greatful for THAT part) BUt I am very greatful that I was able to learn from it. And forgive myself and the other (well I am thisclose to that:) ).
For the computer man that fixed my computer.
For chocolate.
For my doggy that always knows how to make me happy.
For my music player and the muscians that make fantastic music.
For this board. Love it so far!
Thanks for letting me ramble! Hope to post again soon.

I am thankful for all the people that find this board to be a place of love and warmth!!! Welcome Home Capri3corn!!! (I think I need an introduce yourself thread!!) Trout is sooo right, there is no butting in anywhere on this board. We are all family and we all belong. Please don't ever feel you can't post something. There are great people here and it is a loving space. I'm glad you decided to join us here!!! I have a question about your name. Are you a triple Cap?? My youngest son is and he has 5 planets in Cap!!! Oh boy, does he teach me patience with how concrete he is. I like to say that he is black and white and I am fusia!! LOL.... He is here to teach me patience and I'm here to teach him that it really is ok to color outside the lines!!!  ) (he is my "rules" kid) ANyway...onto more of what I am thankful for.... Great friends my kids wanting to come home after a long week with their dad learning new things about myself late night long distance phone calls! ;O) |
