please join us in spending a few moments thinking of all the good things in your life. large or small does not matter.. spending time each day being grateful will help you to have more to be grateful for. The harder your day the more it helps to spend a few minutes immersed in gratitude. I hope you join us often. Namaste Teagee

I am working on my gratitude this week and not taking things for granted. I have been remiss in posting on "other" boards, so I will make sure I do it here. Do you think we could have a daily thread instead of one long thread? I think it makes it easier, but I will bow to concensus! OK, what I am thankful for.... Kim's new site My family my home my job the beautiful sunrises and sunsets I watch from my home morning snuggles from the pest Blessings, Starr

I think daily journal is a fine idea!
Things I'm grateful for:
Dear friends who are there for me night or day when I need a strong shoulder to cry on. Dear friends who are there for me when I'm angry and need to vent. Dear friends who encourage me to reach for my goals. Dear friends who scold me when I need it, because they love me. Dear friends who allow me to be a part of their lives and let me help them when I can.
My almost 16 year old son, who jumped up and down like a kid and gave his mom a hug..in front of his friends, when I gave him the gift of a cell phone....
My 14 year old daughter who did the power point presentation to convince me of the need for said phone. ROFLMAO
My 11 year old son who surprised me with a huge hug out of the blue last night.
My silly spoiled dog, who shakes like a leaf when storms come through and wants no ones lap but mine.
For a beautiful home that provides safe and comforting shelter for me and my kids.
For my job, that, although demanding at times, provides me with a sense of purpose beyond myself.
For this board and the new web site. May they both grow as we do.
For my dear friends... who I know I can count on. I am truly, truly blessed!!!
