I just found this spell over on the Llewllyn site: Wishing Moon Spell
2002 Spell-A-Day
2002-03-23
On the night of the wishing Moon (every third Full Moon), write three lists—one for what you will release from the past, one of what you’ve accomplished in the previous three months, and one of your wishes for the next three months. Burn the first list, saying: “I release the old to make room for new.” Then burn the second list, saying: “I give thanks for divine assistance in achieving my goals.” Finally, read your third list aloud. Then fold it up with some vervain inside, and leave it under your altar as you work towards your goals. Three months later, use the list as a starting point for new lists.

Arcadia, I have NOOOO idea. According to what I read, every Black Moon is the wishing moon.

Well tonight, (23rd), ... I have done three manifest under this 'wishing' moon ...
Oddly, ... I have missed all the new / full moons of May ... just couldnt seem to get my 'act' together ... but tonight ... even though a summer storm was raging ... lighting hitting left / right ... as wierd as it seemed ... there I was ... out in our summer porch ... and it just seemed sooooo right ... So now time will tell if this moon heard and responds to my 'wishes' ....

I did a little ritual last night. Today at the gas station, "someone" tapped me to turn around. Turned around and saw a car in the corner with 999 on its plates.... is a completion nearby??? Sensing that it is close.... We shall see what this wishing moon brings.

I had a friend who was a phenomenal psychic. She said that she would wish 3 days before the appearance of the full moon. The way it worked ,you would go outside and take some kind of empty container (i always used a pocketbook or a small piece of luggage), and recite: moon beautiful moon, fill it up, fill it up, fill it up.
It may have been that i was manifesting what I wanted, and not the mantra, but more often than not, I received what I asked for.

Waterbearer... it doesn't matter how you manifest, just that you do it. You were doing the basic steps. Knowing what you want, asking for it, then letting Divine bring it to you. I think that manifesting may work better for some people when they DON'T realize that is what they are doing. I believe that there are many, many ways to manifest, including prayer. Thanks for the information. I think it sounds worth trying. Just curious why it would be prior to the Full Moon and not the New Moon.

I believe this weekend is the 28th day. Maybe next week?? I am itching to email the man about the job.. protocol at the company is about 5-6weeks before they call someone in to interview...but they haven't even post the job yet. It's been 6 weeks since he's had my resume. And it is the one I want! Been getting too many signs about the company and I am learning to trust these signs. I should right?? It FEELS so right...Deep down I know this is where I should be..it's where I have always wanted to end up.
