Two or three things come to mind. One is my financial situation, two is my relationship with hubby and family, three is my spiritual growth and where that is heading.

ok, first off...this is your natal chart (where things were at the exact time of your birth).....to look at current trends we need a transit chart (showing where planets are now and what, if any, transits are affecting you. so using your birth data, i've drawn a transit chart for you....
since it is also almost your birthday (monday 10/3 for those of you not paying attention!) you can also do a solar return chart (where the sun was when you were born aka your birthday!)
but back to the transit for now...it surprises me you ask about finances...you have venus transiting your second house in scorpio. the second house's natural ruler is taurus and with mars in taurus, i would expect some action there now or soon....though it is going retro 10/1 for a few weeks....which may mean you will be doing some planning and preparing for more income?
re: your marriage.....i can see with uranus transiting your 5th house, you've had some sneak attacks with regard to romance.....since your 5th house of romance is in pisces, i'm guessing this may have hit you quite hard..right between the eyes? maybe just a realization or epiphany about romance and your emotions about it? or something deeper? passionate and fiery mars is in your 8th house of sex now.....draw your own conclusions! can also affect credit, taxes, etc......your moon is also in the 8th house so sex is never a light thing to you...always deep emotional attachment...
by family, do you mean children, siblings, parents or inlaws? different houses for each.....

Oh, I hope there is some action there soon! Things have been tight! I hate tight! LOL!
Relationship with hubby has always been bumpy, and he always catches me out of left field, though right now things seem to be going ok.
By family I mean my children.

LOL, it's like I told Kim. Anyone with the same rising sign as sun sign presents themselves to the world just as they are. There is nothing hidden!!! Libra's love to debate anything and I would think with the planet of communication in their rising sign, they would like to talk more than usual. Hmmmmm, I'm trying to think.......what else....... I don't like confrontation, as much as I like a good debate. Unless I have a very strong opinion, I'm very easy going. I like pretty things, but what woman doesn't? I have very expensive tastes too, and have been trying to learn how to curb that a bit.
Have I missed anything?

you might also be the peacemaker/mediator in your family or circle of friends...you're able to see both sides of any issue....many, many libras become lawyers, judges and law enforcement officers because of their belief in fair play......they can get very upset at any hint of injustice.....

Yup, I drive hubby nuts with that one too. I can always see both sides of any situation and he sees it as I'm taking the other side of the arguement! LOL!
I don't think I'm any where near as bad as my capicorn son though when it comes to playing by the rules! LOL! I can see black, white and grey. All he can see is black!

You have Mercury in your first house. Sooo.... if you look at the graph above, you will see that you have Mercury square Jupiter as well as Mercury sextile Mars.
